PROGRAM OVERVIEW

We offer a sustained school improvement strategy through the lever of strong school based, principal leadership. We provide the development and support specifically designed to strengthen principals’ leadership and outcomes.

EXPERIENCE DESIGN

PIVOT offers a 3 year cohort model implementing cross functional learning teams for small group components. Our program serves both traditional district run programs and charter schools.

METHODS OF LEARNING

Whole Group: Participants in a PIVOT cohort will spend time monthly with all other participants in various locations as well as an immersive summer institute. 

Small Group: PIVOT coaches will facilitate school visits, case studies, and empathy interviews during bi-monthly, regional meetings.

Individualized: Each participant will receive implementation coaching and ongoing assessment with an assigned PIVOT coach.

TRACKING PROGRESS

Within 3 years, our leaders’ schools will outperform other comparable schools in their districts on all school improvement indicators. Our leaders will also stay in their role longer than leaders at other comparable schools in their districts and states.
