Chronic Absenteeism
Designed for a teammate who oversees attendance systems and is responsible for improving attendance and decreasing chronic absenteeism.
Example: assistant principal, director of operation, attendance coordinator, family and community engagement specialist, etc.
Instruction: Coaching and PLCs
Leaders who oversee instruction and directly support teacher growth and development.
Examples: assistant principals, coaches, deans
Proactive and Reactive Behavior Systems
Leaders who oversee student culture and are responsible for improving non academic outcomes like decreasing office referral, decreasing suspensions, or increasing effectiveness of proactive behavior systems.
Examples: deans, assistant principals, director of culture, etc.
