Elizabeth Mack

Elizabeth has served as a school leader, coach, interventionist, and teacher over the last 9 years. During her time as an Assistant Principal, 80% of students in classrooms she managed met end of year literacy and math goals with 54% of them having multilingual backgrounds. She leveraged coaching and development to grow and retain 83% of teachers, many of whom were beginning teachers.

She graduated from Emory University with a B.A in Education Studies and Gender Studies. Still curious about how to impact student achievement and equity within education, Elizabeth furthered her studies at Vanderbilt University and earned an M.A. in Learning, Diversity, and Urban Studies.

Elizabeth is from Phenix City, Alabama and cherishes all the places and communities she has been able to call home. She loves adding a new plant to her collection, traveling to experience new places through food and art, and laughing with friends over the latest pop-culture news and trends.
